Villa Andernos

A lovely one bedroom cottage, ideal for a romantic stay on the Arcachon Bay. The living room has quaint décor and a comfy sofa bed. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed 180cmx200cm. The compact kitchen is extremely well equipped. Cottage is adjacent to main home. With access directly onto the pool deck you can enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine (2 night stay minimum) in the evening on the patio under the stars.

 

Ground floor accessible. No stairs.

 

Rates : May change without notice.

Low Season : October to April - Minimum stay required : 1 night - 130 to 170€ / night. Exceptions: school holidays, bank/statutory holidays, December Cabane en Fete, Christmas, New Year's.

Mid Season : May, June, September & October -  Minimum stay required : 2 nights - 150 to 190€ / night.

Peak Season : July & August -  Minimum stay required : 7 nights - 1600€ / week.

In the case the rental is available for less than 7 nights, a rate of 250€ / night will be applied.

Accommodates: 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years in 36m2. Babies are welcome. Pets are not accepted. Amenities: Free wifi, Television, Shower, Kitchen, Bathroom towels and Linens included, Barbecue, BOB mini-dishwasher, Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Ceramic stovetop/hob, Coffee maker, Nespresso machine, Garden furniture with table, and Washing machine
