Villa Andernos

This cozy yet very contemporary cottage is perfect for a relaxing stay for couples and families visiting the Arcachon Bay. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180cm) and one with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with a walk-in-shower, a kitchenette, and dining area inside as well as outside. The south-facing, sunny yet very green and calm outdoor seating area has a retractable gate with the Garden Cottage (if families were considering renting the two cottages they could open the gate to share the outdoor space).

A complimentary bottle of Red or White Bordeaux wine is given for all rentals of 2 nights or more.

Rates : May change without notice.

Low Season : October to April - Minimum stay required : 1 night - 130 to 170€ / night. Exceptions: school holidays, bank/statutory holidays, December Cabane en Fete, Christmas, New Year's.

Mid Season : May, June, September & October -  Minimum stay required : 2 nights - 150 to 190€ / night.

Peak Season : July & August -  Minimum stay required : 7 nights - 1600€ / week.

In the case the rental is available for less than 7 nights, a rate of 250€ / night will be applied.

Throughout your stay you can relax and enjoy the pool and the property.  Bicycles are available for personal use (for a fee).

Accommodates: 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old in 36m2. Babies are welcome. Pets are not accepted. Amenities: Free wifi, Television, Shower, Kitchen, Bathroom towels and Linens included, Hairdryer, Barbecue, BOB mini-dishwasher, Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Ceramic stovetop/hob, Nespresso machine, and outdoor table and chairs.
